Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mavshackportal (the "Service") operated by Mavshack AB (publ)("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings, so you may experience delays or temporary unavailability of content. While we use our best endeavors to keep the Service up to date and available, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information and reserve the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (the "Billing Cycle"), which may be daily, weekly, or monthly. At the end of each Billing Cycle your subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription renewal by sending C MAV (daily plan) or C MVM (monthly plan) to 1110, or by contacting our customer support team. Questions specifically about e& charges on your mobile bill can also be directed to dcbsupport@altruistindia.com.

Free Trial

We may offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period. You will not be charged until the free trial expires. On the last day of the free-trial period, unless you have cancelled, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fees. We reserve the right to modify or cancel a free-trial offer at any time.

No Commitment

You are not bound by any long-term commitment. You can opt out at any time, provided it is done at least one full day before the renewal date. If you cancel mid-period, you will retain access until the end of the paid period or free trial; your subscription will not auto-renew and no further payments will be deducted. Generally there are no refunds or credits for mid-subscription cancellations, except where required by law.

Fee Changes

We will provide 30 days' prior notice of any change in subscription fees. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes agreement to the modified fee.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Mavshack AB (publ) and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the UAE and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of those rights.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
